A: Yes, this is one of the main benefits of using a hosted teamwork and project management service like Team Portal. You invite any user you like by just typing their e-mail address and assigning them a role in your project.

Q: Are there any IT-requirements or downloads required to set up my site?
A: No. You do not need to download any code or plan for any IT support. Simply complete the on-line signup process and provide us with your current and correct e-mail address. Q: Can more than one person use the same login?
A: If the users sharing that login will have the same permissions and there is no fear of them sharing a password, then yes. Otherwise, this is discouraged.

Q: How many files can I upload?
A: There is no restriction in place except that any storage consumed beyond that provided by the any chosen service may have an additional monthly charge associated with them. There’s also a 50MB restriction on single file size.
