- BrightWork for Multiple Projects: For more complex projects that require multiple templates – includes five main templates for managing single projects and three main templates for managing across multiple projects.

The following templates are available through the pmPoint integration:
- Agile Software Manager
This is a fully structured site that models the Microsoft Solutions Framework for Agile Software Development to provide a full process environment for managing agile software projects. It includes support for the most common agile processes / deliverables (e.g. builds, bugs, etc.) and a host of deliverables for the various project iterations (personas, scenarios etc).
- Blank Project
This is a blank BrightWork project template for building your own project management template from scratch.
- Business BrightWork
This template is useful for a range of departments to run their projects including sales, marketing, engineering, etc. It provides a well-defined structure that can be easily customized to meet the specific process and taxonomy for each department and project.
- Business BrightWork (with Schedule)
This template is useful for a range of departments to run their projects including sales, marketing, engineering, etc. It provides a well-defined structure that can be easily customized to meet the specific process and taxonomy for each department and project. This version of the template utilizes the Project Schedule list.
- Commitment Manager
This template is useful for a semi-structured project where you want to manage more than the issues by adding in goal and task lists, but you do not need a fully structured site with a more extensive process.
- Issue Manager
This template is designed for projects where you just want to “manage by exception” by only tracking issues related to the project and not details related to actions, tasks, deliverables, etc. Reports are accessed via the Quick Launch.
- Issue Office
This template is the reporting rollup for multiple Issue Manager sites. Reports are accessed via the Quick Launch.
- IT Brightwork pmPoint Single Projects
This is a fully structured site that is modeled on the Microsoft Solutions Framework v3 to provide a robust process for managing IT projects such as system implementations and upgrades. It includes a pre-defined hierarchy of phases, milestones, deliverables, tasks, issues, and risks.
- IT Brightwork pmPoint Single Projects (with Schedule)
This is a fully structured template that bakes in the Microsoft Solutions Framework v3 to provide a robust process for managing IT projects such as system implementations and upgrades. It includes a pre-defined hierarchy of phases, milestones, deliverables, tasks, issues, and risks. This version of the template utilizes the Project Schedule list.
- Program Management Office
This template is a rollup template for managing and reporting off multiple projects. Generally these projects would have a common purpose in mind (i.e. belong to the same program).

This rollup template is designed to facilitate reporting off multiple sub-projects.
- Sure Step Enterprise Implementation
The Enterprise project type represents a standardized approach for implementing Microsoft Dynamics™ solutions in a global/multi-site organization wherein country/site specific unique business needs have to be factored on top of a core solution.
- Sure Step Major Upgrade Implementation
The Major Upgrade project type describes the approach for taking an existing Microsoft Dynamics™ solution to a subsequent release of that solution wherein additional requirements need to be factored in to the implementation.
- Sure Step Rapid Implementation
The Rapid project type is a standardized approach for implementing Microsoft Dynamics™ solutions where the focus is on deploying the standard application features with minimal or no customizations.
- Sure Step Rapid Upgrade Implementation
The Rapid Upgrade project type depicts an accelerated approach for taking an existing Microsoft Dynamics™ solution to a subsequent release of that solution with minimal or no new requirements.
- Sure Step Standard Implementation
The Standard project type is an approach for implementing Microsoft Dynamics™ solutions at a single site. This approach can also be used for multi-site organizations wherein the business objective is to develop unique solutions at each site.

- BrightWork
Some teams and departments want to report on key items from a handful of selected projects, e.g. status, issues, risks, milestones, deliverables, etc. This template is designed for projects where the teams want to roll-up selected items from multiple projects. This template has a set of default reports that can be used or customizable - under the following five headings: Projects, My Work, Work, Issues and Resource Management.
- Program Management Office
Many organizations want to establish a PMO (Program Management Office) function. In this scenario they want to manage at the BrightWork level as well as managing the elements from the subordinate projects. This template is designed for the quick establishment of a PMO where the team wants a process to manage the PMO as well as roll-up selected items from multiple projects. This template has a set of default reports that can be used or customizable - under the following five headings: Projects, My Work, Work, Issues and Resource Management.
